Absolutely love my little Pixie girl… 💜💜💜 She’s 31 years old and an absolute joy. She rules the roost with her boys.. but she is a literal doll. She has adjusted well after being an only monkey for 30 years… and I am always in awe of her spirit and strength. Just another wonderful story of love and hope from SPARTN.

Lil Miss Pixie joined us the beginning of this year… she will turn 31 soon… and she is a bright light and such a sweet girl.
Pixie came from an amazing previous owner who loved her so well… and it shows. And we are honored we are able to be the landing spot for Pixie when life changes happened. Being entrusted with these amazing animals is a humbling and intense responsibility.
Before the virtue signaling mafia jumps in the comments… yes her teeth were modified about 25 years ago… her canines were filed down… and since then she has received a root canal in each one. All practices suggested by Pixie’s veterinarian. Things have changed over the years… and ideologies shift… but I assure you, these modifications have not had a negative impact on her quality of life.
The reality of rescue is that each one comes with their own story, experiences and realities. Our job is to accommodate, love and provide the best care possible regardless.
